Workshops

Some of the most meaningful support doesn’t happen in a one-to-one session. It happens when parents realise they aren’t navigating things alone, when educators feel confident using practical, evidence-based strategies in their classrooms, and when the people around a child share the same understanding of what helps.

Ways to learn together

  • Professional Development

Practical, evidence-based professional development for early childhood educators and care teams. Sessions are tailored to your setting, designed to build confidence and capacity within your team, and grounded in current best practice. Each session includes interactive learning, dedicated time for questions, and take-home resources your team can return to.

  • Group Workshops

Structured, evidence-based sessions designed to give parents and carers practical skills and strategies they can use straight away. Each workshop combines clear, accessible learning with time for questions and tools that translate into real life at home. Held in welcoming community spaces with session times chosen to work around family routines.

Workshop Topics Include

  • Starting solids safely and confidently

Practical guidance around readiness, textures, responsive feeding and creating positive mealtime experiences from the beginning.

  • Strategies to help with common feeding and mealtime challenges

Strategies for selective eating, food refusal, sensory preferences and reducing stress around meals.

  • Supporting early communication and language development

Simple, everyday ways to encourage connection, interaction, language and communication in the early years.

Our Meet Ups are an informal, welcoming gathering for parents, carers and bubs. Playgroup-style, with space to ask the questions you've been carrying, pick up a few simple strategies to try at home, and meet other parents in the same season of life.
