Each Meet Up costs $70/family and runs for 60 minutes in a warm, baby-friendly space. Once you register your interest, we group parents together where we can, by the age of your baby or the topic you're most wanting to explore, so the conversation feels relevant to where you actually are. We gently guide the sessions, weaving in practical, evidence-based ideas around feeding, mealtimes, and early communication. There's no expectation to share or speak up, you can listen, ask questions, or just sit with your baby. You'll leave with a simple take-home sheet of ideas to try at home.

• Partners and other carers are warmly welcome

• The space is set up to focus on babies and toddlers, so older siblings are best left at home where possible. We know that's not always an option so if you need to bring a sibling, please let us know

• Bring your baby, a feed or snack, and anything you need to be comfortable
