NDIS Pricing
& Support
NDIS-funded services are charged in line with current NDIS Price Limits. Fees include both direct time with your child and the preparation, planning and documentation required to thoughtfully support more complex needs. This ensures you receive clear recommendations, personalised strategies and consistent care across all settings.
Initial Consultation
The initial assessment includes 60 minutes working directly with your child and family, plus 30 minutes for preparation, planning and documentation. This gives us time to understand your child’s strengths, challenges and goals so support can be tailored to your family.
Ongoing
Standard therapy sessions include 50 minutes of direct support and 20 minutes of indirect time for preparation, planning, resources and clinical notes. Sessions are practical, personalised and focused on supporting ongoing progress.
Reports
Written reports, home programs, team meetings and communication with other professionals are charged at the current NDIS hourly rate. This may include support for Paediatricians, GPs, daycare or other therapists involved in your child’s care. Time is guided by what is needed, with costs reflecting the level of detail and complexity involved.
NDIS Travel
Travel is charged in line with current NDIS price limits and covers the time and distance required to travel to your home, daycare or other appointment location.
