No, you do not need a referral to book an appointment. You are welcome to get in touch if you have questions or would like to chat about whether support may be helpful.

I work with babies, toddlers and young children, with a particular interest in supporting children from birth to five years, especially in the early years from 0–2.

You do not need to wait until things feel "serious enough". Often parents have a feeling that something does not seem quite right, or simply want reassurance and guidance. Early support can make a big difference, and sometimes one conversation is enough to help you feel more confident.

Absolutely. Parents and caregivers are an important part of the process, and you are encouraged to be involved throughout the appointment.
